Micro-Welder is a micro-impulse welding system developed for Micro-Precision Welding jobs in the Dental and Jewelry Industries, along with industries such as Medical, Electro-Mechanical, Mold and Die Repairs, in addition to many other precision micro-welding applications.
Instead of using a Laser Beam, Micro-Welder uses electric energy to create high-energy pulses into the piece being welded, without contact between the piece and electrode.
The development of the Micro-Welder is based on years of experience and study in traditional laser welding systems. This experience has produced a system with the features and abilities of a laser system at between one-half and one-third the cost.
The system runs off of a standard 110V Input, does not have any expensive bulbs to replace and no cooling water to maintain, which are major advantages over traditional laser welding systems.
The system also features a Stereo Microscope with an Optics Shutter for protecting the eyes from the welding flash. The system is equipped with five standard programs for welding various materials, which can all be adjusted and saved per customer requirements.
