The "S" Series of Induction Melters are produced for the melting of Gold, Silver, Stainless Steel, etc. The systems are available in four models with melting capacities from 3KG to 15 KG of Pure Gold (1KG to 5KG of Stainless Steel).

This system is equipped with a standard thermocouple temperature control. As an option, the system is available with infrared temperature controls, which allow for the perfect reading of metal temperatures.

The controlling circuit is produced from 100% Solid State electronics, thus ensuring about 95% efficiency from the power circuit. These machines operate in medium frequency, which allows for homogeneous melting of alloyed metals.

Typical applications for the “S” Series Furnaces include lift and pour casting in the jewelry and industrial sectors, along with melting scrap metal samples for material analysis.
