The Supercast Series of centrifugal casters is an exciting break through in Centrifugal Induction Casting. Due to the development of the patented RCS (Rotating Coil System), the user no longer has to raise or lower the induction coil. With the RCS, the induction coil is integrated into the centrifugal arm, thus allowing the material being cast to continue stay under heat as it is being shot into the flask. Being able to keep the metal under heat during the centrifuge process leads to denser castings with less porosity. These systems were designed around the casting Dental alloys and components, Platinum, Titanium and general small components in various alloys.

The Supercast series is available in two basic model packages: Supercast 1-3 and Supercast 11-13.

The models are as follows:

Supercast 1-2 – The Supercast 1 and 2 systems are produced with a 3kW power supply and the patented RCS system. These systems are ideal for the small to large dental labs and are able to melt all dental alloys. The melt time for 40 grams of CrCo alloy is approximately 45 seconds and the user can cast up to a 3.5” x 3.5” flask size. The Supercast 2 comes standard with a Vacuum system and argon gas dispensing system, the Supercast 1 does not include these features.

Supercast 3 – The Supercast 3 is built for casting all Dental alloys, including Titanium. The Supercast 3 has a 4kW power supply and a micro-processor based wash cycle, which guarantees an oxygen free atmosphere necessary for casting Titanium alloy

Supercast 11-12 – Similar to Supercast 1 and 2 systems with larger casting capacity. These systems are equipped with a 4kW power supply. The system can cast up to 80 grams of CrCo and 200 grams of Platinum, therefore the system is ideal for the large Dental Lab or small Jewelry caster.

Supercast 13 – Built for the production caster of Titanium Jewelry or small Industrial and Medical components in mind. The system is equipped with a powerful 5kW power supply and can cast up to 80 grams of Titanium.
